Steps for Getting Started with a Mental Health Virtual Assistant
You have made the decision that you need a Mental Health Virtual Assistant— now what? We have listed some steps below to help you get started.
Step #1: Schedule your Discovery Call
In your message, please list the areas of your mental health practice that are in need of assistance and your reasons for wanting them resolved. Go ahead and be selfish! Let us know the outcomes you are hoping for, and the goals that you are looking to have met through our remote support. Your will be sent a zoom link to meet via a video conference.
Step #2: Meet with Principal, Mental Health Virtual, Shelley Drasal
During this 30-minute discovery call, Shelley will review your pain points with you and address any concerns you may have about using our services. We will also discuss processes and pricing during this time.
Step #3: Formalities
After your discovery call, you will receive an email outlining the project or scope of work, along with a service agreement as well as a business associate agreement. The service agreement is a legally binding agreement between you and Your Faithful Assistant, LLC which details the expectations of both parties, confidentiality, and pricing.
Step #4: Meet your Mental Health Virtual Assistant and Establish Systems
Once we have agreed to partner together, a zoom session will be schedule with Shelley, your Mental Health Virtual Assistant and you to begin onboarding and placing systems and processes into place enabling us to collaborate and communicate effectively. Note, that we never charge for onboarding and never will!
Step #5: Begin Accomplishing your Goals
Once everything is setup, you may begin sending requests to your Mental Health Virtual Assistant. You will then start noticing an increase in productivity and a decrease in your stress level.
