Steps for Getting Started with a Virtual Assistant
You have made the decision that you need assistance— now what? We have listed some steps below to help you get started.
Step #1: Schedule your Consultation
In your message, please list the areas of your business that are in need of assistance and your reasons for wanting them resolved. Go ahead and be selfish! Let us know the outcomes you are hoping for, and the goals that you are looking to have met through our online support. Also, specify whether you would prefer to meet over the phone or via a video conference.
Step #2: Meeting with Virtual Executive Assistant, Principal, Shelley Drasal
During this 30-minute consultation, Shelley will review your struggles with you and address any concerns you may have about using our services. We will also discuss processes and pricing during this time.
Step #3: Formalities
After your consultation, you will receive an email outlining the project or scope of work, along with a service agreement. The service agreement is a legally binding agreement between you and Your Faithful Assistant, LLC which details the expectations of both parties, confidentiality, and pricing.
Step #4: Meet your Team and Establish Systems
Once we have agreed to partner together, systems will be put into place enabling us to collaborate and communicate effectively.
Step #5: Begin Accomplishing your Goals
Once everything is setup, you may begin sending requests to your virtual assistant. You will then start noticing an increase in productivity and a decrease in your stress level.
